Quite possibly the most comprehensive collection of classic roms on the internet. Nearly every Genesis, Gameboy, SNES etc game you could want also has commercial Roms availabe, You have to pay to get them ($10 USD) But it is worth it, More N64 and Gameboy advanced roms than anywhere on the internet

Large selection of roms, including N64 roms, Genesis and GBA roms are currently down. Good site except for the popup vote request

Empire roms is forum based website so additions could be made easily and users could contribute, there are only classic roms here though, no commercial ones

Gresty's rom site hasn't actually yet uploaded new roms but due to the recent crippling of a lot of the sites it gets moved up automatically

Korrupted power house of roms recently filled its site with ads and popups and stuff thus causing it to slip beneath gresty in the ranks

Trespassing has many roms but unfortunately suffer's regular downtime, now being 1 of those times

Sami's files also ran out of bandwidth (something to do with using trespassing perhaps??)
